Usage
Defines text that appears when an item is hovered over with the mouse (a "tooltip"). Allows to define additional information about the subject; useful in templates where horizontal space is limited.
Do not use a hyperlink as the content of the first parameter, or the tooltip will not display when the link is hovered over.
