Dancer

For parties that lack a Medic main class. A Runemaster/Medic has the TEC and TP reserves to provide adequate healing even with the Medic skills at half strength and in the absence of the Medic Class Skill.

Arcanist

Blood Surge does not just boost physical damage; it also amplifies elemental damage, including Runemaster's TEC-based skills. This makes taking Bushi as a subclass an excellent choice to boost a Runemaster's damage further.

* Element Boost stacks with the Runemaster's own passives for an overall damage boost.

Absorber lets you recoup a small amount of TP whenever you strike an enemy weakness.
Hawkeye applies an elemental defense debuff to increase the damage you do.
