EO3/North Sea/Trade City of Damavand

Damavand had long flourished using the power of dragons bound during the ancient days of heroes. Yet, it is said this power is waning... -Sea Quest Description
The Trade City of Damavand is located in the center of the North Sea, but access is blocked off by a series of currents that sweeps ships southward.
Steps
You need a 24-turn ration and the Steel Plating to get there.
- From the 3rd Foothold, sail west 5 times, stopping just in front of the southbound current.
- Sail north once, west two times, and south three times to dodge around the currents that would pull you into a whirlpool.
- Sail west three times, stopping in front of the whirlpool. Sail north once onto the reef, west twice more, then south five times to reach this city.
You will be welcomed with an offering of Chintz. The harbormaster awards you 6000en, and you also gain a third ship upgrade slot.
Side Quest
You'll be asked to deliver some Niter from an island north of Armoroad. It can be found in sector A-4 of the South Sea, between the two westward currents. Deliver them to Damavand, and you'll gain Weapon Tome III and two 1000-En Coins.
Sea Quests
Sea Quests set in Damavand pit you against the Ruin Caller.
Defeating the Ruin Caller for the first time unlocks the Sungrazer Limit Skill in place of the usual rewards. This Limit skill is useful for claiming its conditional drop.
Seal of the dragon
- This is the battalion of the Knights of Damavand. In recent years, you see, the dragon's seal has weakened.
- The ocean city is renowned for its brave adventurers, which is why I can ask this favor of you...
- Please team up with our skilled Zodiac and reseal the dragon.
Companion:
- Tourita (Level 52 Zodiac, back row)
Tourita has mastery of the three elements and will strike the individual heads' weaknesses with this elemental Star skills to take them down. If the Ruin Caller has no heads up, he will call down Meteor on it to deal damage. He's also got three Amrita IIs to recharge. Bring your own elemental damage dealers to match his attacks.
Completing this quest for the first time earns you Tourita's Garb (Clothes, 55 DEF,
)
Blood of the dragon
- Do you know the rumor of the dragon guardian of Damavand? Its blood is said to be an elixir of life.
- Not that I care about eternal life. But if it's that rare, I won't back down.
- Let's figure out what to do with it afterward. Just help me take down that dragon.
Companions:
Toma's got a wealth of healing items, with nine Medicas, five Medica IIs, three Medica IIIs, five Amritas, and ten each of Theriaca A and B. However, he won't be using his active skills and will basically be your item support. Bergman will be using Call Elephant to bring in a meat shield or inflict panic to the heads, and has three Medica IIs and two Amrita IIs on hand himself.
The duo has support locked down; bring your damage dealers to help progress the fight.
Completing this quest for the first time earns you Toma's Helm (Helmet, 44 DEF)
Trial of the dragon
- Since we registered as a guild of the ocean city, the Rookies Three have become a force to reckon with.
- That's why I want to test my skills by defeating the guardian dragon of Damavand.
- After all, there are no dragons in the Labyrinth. So can someone sail us to Damavand?
Companions:
- Ace (Level 47 Buccaneer, front row)
- Visen (Level 45 Zodiac, back row)
- Mau Mau (Level 45 Arbalist, back row)
The Rookies Three are back at it again, and use a combination of elemental Chase Skills with elemental Binary Stars and Barrage to lay waste to the heads and inflict chip damage along the way. Visen and Mau Mau each have three Amrita IIs to top themselves off. Their choice of attack will correspond to whichever head is at highest health; if there's a tie, they focus on chipping down the left-most head. If all three heads go down, they'll hammer at the body with their basic attacks, but if the Ruin Caller is near death, Mau Mau will ignore the heads and work to finish off the main body.
You can assist with elemental skills of your own, or focus on locking down the other heads while they pile on one. Bring a healer too while you're at it.
Completing this quest for the first time earns you Ace's Tack (Rapier, 122 ATK,
)
