Arbalist

• Proper Form helps to offset the Gladiator's poor overall accuracy.
  
  

Monk

• The Gladiator's higher STR and their class passives makes them better with the Monk's physical damage skills. Breakfire Fist is your go-to damage option, and a Gladiator/Monk gets better mileage from Counter and Retaliate.
  
  

Ninja

• Bunshin/Ninpo: Double grants you a second frontliner to double up on damage. You may need to pack TP restoratives to compensate for the cost of creating the clone.
• Due to the class passive and higher overall Strength, a Gladiator/Ninja brings out bigger damage numbers with Tagen Battou/Drawing Slice than a Ninja/Gladiator.
  
  

Zodiac

• Zodiac's Etheric Charge and Singularity can be used to boost Freezing Blow's damage. The damage multiplier from Etheric Charge is stronger than that from Charge.
• Gladiator/Zodiac is an ideal target for a Sovereign's Regal Radiance, since it deals damage to all enemies based on the targeted ally's stats, buffs, and passives. Gladiator/Zodiac has a high STR stat and a variety of damage-boosting buffs, such as Berserker Vow and Etheric Charge, so it can deal very high damage through Regal Radiance's effect.

Shogun
