Beneath the Sandy Barrens is home to the Labyrinth's closest-guarded secrets: the nature of the world before the Calamity. The familiar ward of Shinjuku has been rendered lifeless following ecological collapse, its abandoned skyscrapers covered in wild plant life. The route through Lost Shinjuku takes the party up and down between B21F to B24F and back up again to power on an elevator that finally reaches down to B25F.

Under orders from Radha, Ren and Tlachtga make their last stand to prevent the guild from venturing where they were not allowed and seeing what they should not be seeing. Following their defeat, the leave behind a Card Key that is used to open the central room in the final floor, where they find the missing Chieftain and confront the truth behind it all.

Obtain a Tiny Petal and a Luck Staff. The Luck Staff is unlocked by selling 3 Pure Roots (from killing Hexroots). Deliver these items to the corner of the 3x3 room in B1F sector D-1.

Phantom of the forest

There's a rumor a mysterious girl lives in the marshes of the second stratum. Is it true...?

Unlock: Reach B21F, have a Level 50+ guild member

Reward: 5000en

Unlock the violet crystal door in B11F. Follow its secret passage that leads upward into the secret passages of the 2nd Stratum until you reach wide open room in B7F. Within it houses a room containing the Alraune. Defeat it to finish the quest.

The gold enthusiast

The so-called golden Baron of Etria needs Golden Fur to have a new suit tailored out of gold.

Unlock: Reach B22F

Reward: Nectar III

Obtain 10 Golden Furs by killing Varahas and Hellbulls in B23F and B24F.

A sister's parting gift

An adventurer's younger sister seeks to create an Angel Wing charm to bring her departing brother good luck.

Unlock: Reach B23F

Obtain 10 Angel Wings by killing Kingapis in B24F.

Reversal of the poles

A strong geomagnetic influence is causing chaos on B18F. Investigate the spatial distortion.

Initiate the anomaly by entering B18F from the stairs leading down from B17F. Travel north 7 steps, west 3 steps (past the pillar), south 14 steps (stopping at a pillar to your immediate right), and then east 5 steps (directly into another pillar) to disperse the anomaly. Deviating from this path will reset you to the floor entrance.

I refuse thee, Death

A terminally ill woman's son begs for any adventurer to find a cure for his mother.

Obtain a Gum Thread (from Silkers), a Blue Blood (from Clawlords and Kingyanas), a Red Blood (from Direwolves) and a Drywall (from mining on B21F), and give them to Dr. Hoffman at the Ceft Apothecary. You will also get an Azure Coat as an additional reward from Valerie.

Ivory Princess' dream I

A millionaire's daughter, known as the Ivory Princess, requests help with the nightmares haunting her nightly sleep.

Ivory Princess' dream II

The Ivory Princess again suffers from nightmares, this time involving monsters attacking Etria.

Unlock: Reach B24F, complete "Ivory Princess' dream I"

Reward: Aulos

Meet the soldier on B1F near the forest entrance, then hunt down the FOEs on this floor before they reach the entrance: 2 Desoulers, 2 Sickwoods and 3 Kingdiles. Upon turning in the quest, you also get 1000en as a bonus reward from Valerie.
